Job Description

• Responsible to lead and manage various Strategy Projects and Programmes under the Etiqa group to realize the objectives and aspirations of the organization.
• Responsible to adopt and practice the Program and Project Management Framework and methodology for project team members and other initiative / project owners within the Group Insurance & Takaful to achieve standardization of project management documentations and tracking deliverables.
• Responsible to manage and drive the planning, execution and monitoring of strategic transformation initiatives.
• Work with Etiqa Strategy team to prioritize initiatives for Group Insurance & Takaful.
• Where necessary to pool project resources to ensure that all initiatives are executed and completed within timelines, budgets and deliverables; involving working with various stakeholders across the region.
• Assuming Secretariat role for Board Oversight Committee IT (BOCIT) for meeting administrations, meetings material follow up & compilation and Minutes of Meeting preparation.
