Sales Support Executive (Airlines)

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support to the SriLankan Airlines Sales Team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales activities, managing data, supporting travel trade partners, and helping the team deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
• Maintain and update sales databases, fare sheets, and performance reports.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, rate sheets, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with marketing, reservations, and operations teams to support sales campaigns and agent activities.
• Handle enquiries from travel agents and provide accurate information on UL fares, schedules, and promotions.
• Support the organization of trade events, sales visits, and joint promotions.
