Senior Marketing Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanAssist in sourcing and shortlisting of suitable advertising agency, consultants and suppliers. Coordinate with advertising agencies, consultants and suppliers on all advertising and promotional materials and media schedules needed. Coordinate with relevant external and internal parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows and events. Liaise with relevant authorities for approval of licenses and to ensure timely submission of licenses as well as quarterly and yearly reports required by authorities (Borang 7F, 7E and Napic). Monitoring and updating of advertising and promotional expenses against budget allocated. Monitor, review and update of development website. Ensure sales kit information and all other sales and marketing collaterals for all sales launches are updated. Implement any marketing initiatives that contribute to the business objective. Minimum 4 years of experience in in project marketing for property developer Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Possess great sense of creative ability Have good organization, planning and time management skills.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our innovative property developments and drive lead generation.
