Business Development Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1-3 years sales experience preferable in smart home / smart hotel systems / control system / electrical / lighting / with proven sales track record. Candidate without experience in smart home / smart hotel systems / control system / electrical / lighting but with strong connection or network with architect / interior designer are encouraged to apply as product training will be provided Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency Experience in handling project sales preferred Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation and presentation skills. Positive mindset, result-oriented, high level of initiative and integrity. Self-motivated, result-driven and able to work under pressure in a timely manner. What's your expected monthly basic salary? - To develop new business opportunities and maintain good business relationship with new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- To plan, execute business and sales strategies to meet the overall targeted revenue set by the Company.
- Promote product to developer, architect, interior designer, M&E consultant, contractor and specifies lighting LED and smart home system in the project market.
- Conduct product presentations to external customers to increase market penetration and awareness.
- Prepare product proposal and tender submission
- Organize & executive daily sales activities to achieve sales targets.
- Handle timely collections by monitoring customer aging.
