IT Staff Engineer (APC R2R)

Responsibilities

Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT Process Control Systems (APC R2R) across multiple production sites in Asia and Europe, ensuring 24 / 7 operational continuity. Ensure smooth manufacturing operations by establishing and maintaining standardized systems across all sites. Handle changes or emergencies as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements. Consolidate and analyze process & integration requirements to provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate, perform tests, standardize, and document business / system requirements and changes. Leads & performs implementation projects and ensures proper in-design of capacities. Migrate obsolete solution to future solution. Provide consultation and training on both new implementations and existing support projects. Collaborate closely with IT technical teams, business functions, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely communication of requirements and progress.
