This internship offers hands-on exposure to system operations and enhancements within the Provider Management & Connected Care team. You will support initiatives related to the HAS Portal (PAMB Provider System), OCR, and e-billing / e-invoice platforms. The role is designed to build foundational skills in system testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration, contributing to operational efficiency and service excellence

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

System & Process Support

• Assist in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
• Document test results, highlight discrepancies, and support issue resolution.
• Help maintain system issue logs and records for hospital payment and reconciliation processes.
• Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for internal reviews.
