Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Malaysian market for multi-functional photocopier systems, driving sales growth, and expanding market share through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. This role requires a dynamic professional who can represent the company\'s portfolio of products and services in a concise and confident manner to drive purchase decisions.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive at Rentalworks Group.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market for multi-functional photocopier systems
- Achieve sales targets set by the company through proactive business development activities
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments
- Represent the company\'s portfolio of products and services to drive purchase decisions
Market Analysis & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the photocopier industryAnalyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies to develop competitive positioningProvide regular market intelligence reports to senior managementMonitor market dynamics and customer requirementsClient Management
Coordinate with clients throughout the sales process and beyondManage documentation related to sales contracts and service agreementsIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client baseAddress client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionOperations & Administration
Provide maintenance service coordination for photocopier machines as neededWork closely with technical teams to ensure seamless product implementationMaintain accurate sales records and CRM dataPrepare regular sales reports and forecastsQualifications
Degree or Diploma holder in Business, Marketing or equivalentMinimum 3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in office equipment, IT hardware, or related industryResponsible, well-organized and attention to detailsA good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamGood communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsFlexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentCustomer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of charactersAbility to multi-task and manage time effectivelyProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsExperience managing corporate accounts and B2B sales cyclesKnowledge of photocopier systems will be an added advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
