About the role
Activ8 Sports Physio and Training Rehab Centre, Ipoh is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and daily centre activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Greet and welcome all clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle appointment bookings, client enquiries, and registrations efficiently.
- Maintain and update client records and schedules.
- Assist physiotherapists in coordinating daily appointments and sessions.
- Manage payments, receipts, and basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles (experience in healthcare or wellness industry is an advantage).Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, positive attitude.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Basic computer skills.Chinese-speaking ability is an added advantage.Team player with a passion for helping others.What we offer
