Salary : MYR 3,000 – MYR 5,000 base + commission (MYR 500 – MYR 1,000)

Location : Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities : Event Management :

  • Plan and execute corporate branding events from conception to completion
  • Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, and on-site coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality services (catering, AV equipment, decor)
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for improvements

    • Marketing & Promotion :

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
  • Create event marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content)
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communication
  • Support lead generation through online / offline channels

    • Administration :

  • Develop and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses for cost-effectiveness
  • Prepare regular reports on event performance and marketing plans
  • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
