Responsibilities :
Marketing Campaigns and Events
- Assist with the planning & execution of strategic marketing plans and driving product demand.
- To plan, propose and execute retail events to promote assigned products.
- Create, maintain and execute annual marketing plan for assigned products.
- Prepare sellsheet and marketing brief for retail campaigns.
- Monitor expense and adhere to budget allocation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, compile marketing reports and other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to track marketing KPIs and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and retail team to support in-store promotions and customer engagement.
- Assist to plan and execute author talks, meet and greet sessions, and other activities as assigned.
Graphic Design
To create and produce digital marketing assets, marketing collaterals, monthly product catalogue, point-of-sale displays.Support sales teams and retailers with timely seasonal updates and displays.Ensure visual merchandising is aligned with brand guidelines for every new campaign.Coordinate with retailers, contractors and vendors for installation and visual rollout.Social Media Campaigns
Promote content over social media by creating content (images, text, videos) in a way that is consistent with our brand and social media strategy.Create, maintain and execute social media content calendar for assigned products.Review and handle comments on social media platforms.Develop monthly content calendars, including post scheduling and caption writing.Monitor digital campaign performance and compile monthly social media performance reports with actionable insights.Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.PR and Influencer Outreach
To build and expand and maintain rapport with our media network by pitching for media coverage and features.Support PR activities including crafting press releases and maintaining media assets.Identify influencers and manage influencer outreach programme for assigned products.Build strong relationships with influencers, creatives, and media partners to increase brand visibility.Maintain a press and influencer database and coordinate gifting or seeding campaigns.Requirements :
Meticulous, adaptable, organised, outgoing, proactive, resourceful, creative and can work well independently as well as in a team.Outspoken and friendly personality, and able to interact and communicate well with people of all levels.Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.Some travel may be required.Love for colouring material, art and hobby games or popular culture will be an advantage.Must-Haves
Min. diploma or degree preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign)Highly proficient in written and spoken English.Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout.Social media savvyAt least 1-2 years working experience required and relevant experience will be highly advantageous.
