About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Hotel Front Desk Officer to join our team at LU MA SERVICES SDN BHD in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full‑time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

What you'll be doing

  • Warmly welcome and check‑in / check‑out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing
  • Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area
  • Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions
  • Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
  • Familiarity with hotel front office systems and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
