Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and a flair for customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers. Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues. Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit. Positive attitude, patient and proactive; able to “think on your feet”. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and is available to work flexible hours. Responsibilities
- Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with the company’s brand image.
- Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company’s products.
- Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and assists with selecting products and merchandise, and addresses inquiries or concerns.
- Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
- Supports the implementation of company programs and events, including organizing, participating or emceeing.
- Follows company operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to a supervisor.
