MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Overview

Plan and execute company maintenance works for both civil and mechanical systems.

Coordinate and perform regular preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and testing on all mechanical parts.

Attend site visits with clients to identify, clarify, and confirm the scope of necessary works.

Prepare and submit quotations to clients, and obtain approval prior to commencing works.

Organize, coordinate, and monitor all work orders or maintenance requests to ensure efficient completion within the expected timeframe.

Inspect completed works to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Attend monthly meetings with clients to present maintenance performance, progress updates, and issues.

Ensure all tools are in good working condition and properly stored in designated areas.

Comply with all procedures related to the removal and return of tools / spare parts from the store, in line with the policies set by the Head of Maintenance Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in oil & gas or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel to site locations when required.
