Proven leadership of software / control engineering teams. Strong automation and control system architecture background. Knowledge of SEMI GEM Secs and industrial protocols / standards. Experience with large automation projects. Familiar with SEMI (E82, E88, E153), CE, ISO 13855, UL. Proficient in C / C++ / C#, .NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Visual Studio. Electrical Engineering Manager / Sr. Manager (Automation / Control System)
Role Overview
Oversee the electrical, control, and software engineering teams, ensuring smooth project delivery and continuous improvement in automation systems and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide electrical / control / software engineering teams.
- Establish scalable processes for software development and system integration.
- Oversee software architecture, code reviews, debugging, and project execution.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to enhance product features.
- Provide on-site technical troubleshooting for control systems.
- Support project managers and customers with technical guidance.
- Review electrical schematics and design documents.
- Hire, train, and develop engineering talent.
- Manage budgets, headcount, and project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with SEMI, ISO, CE, and UL standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and enforce internal processes.
- Lead continuous improvement in control system applications and team operations.
