Purpose of the Role

The Master data Expert ensures the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all key systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality data processes, supporting users, and driving improvements in data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all customer, vendor, and item master data across the group and multiple international entities .
• Ensure master data integrity and implement processes that safeguard data quality.
• Review and analyse material and financial data for accuracy and consistency.
• Investigate and resolve irregularities in pricing, dunning files, customer data, and credit limits.
• Collaborate with external data providers to improve data quality in all DHI countries.
• Monitor and enforce Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, policies, procedures, and standards.
• Keep Maconomy and Dynamics master data accurate and up to date.
• Provide user support and act as a trusted partner for data-related issues.
• Identify and implement new processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
