Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all hospital facilities, maintenance, and building operations.
- Ensure all systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, medical gas) run safely and efficiently.
- Plan preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies promptly.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and facility improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with MOH, BOMBA, DOSH, and other regulatory standards.
- Oversee safety, security, and environmental initiatives.
