Collection Agent (MNC)

6months - 1 year contract basis

Hybrid work mode (2days in office and 3 days work in home)

3pm - 12 mid night

Georgetown, Penang

Must have bachelor degree

• Follow up with clients via calls and emails to collect overdue payments.
• Enforce company policies on payments, cancellations, and service suspensions / terminations.
• Handle and resolve customer disputes.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal controls and processes.
• Perform account reconciliations as needed.
• Escalate debt issues to the account manager or line manager when required.
• Work with order management, customer service, sales, and finance teams to resolve queries and disputes on time.
• Provide customer support on refunds, payment discrepancies, statements of accounts, tax forms, and payment history.
• Record and report customer account status through reviews, notes, and stakeholder meetings.
