Service Crew (Pizzeria)

Location : WYLD Group Petaling Street, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with our seating procedures. Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries as required.
• Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with given consideration to guests’ preferences.
• Greet incoming guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter's name.
• Be familiar with our menu and service procedures.
• Inform guests of current promotions and who will be serving them to ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
• Observant to guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service.
• Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies, safety and security.
• Set and clear tables; replenish water; serve food and beverages.
• Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders.
• Give all guests a friendly “Goodbye” or “Thank you” upon departure.
• Relate all guests’ comments to the manager pertaining to suggestions and complaints.
• Participate with a positive approach towards training and daily briefing. Realize the importance of team spirit to ensure that fellow staffs are pursuing a unified standard of service.
