Responsible for overall planning of project development. Involve in land acquisition, project inception feasibility study, design conceptual and development. Liaison with local authorities and consultants for all submission and approvals are obtained timely. Attend authorities and client consultant meetings. Coordinate with Marketing and Contract Departments regarding SPA, launching, costing, tender, building materials and specification. Report to the management regarding planning, submission and approvals status. Create and maintain project documentation and filing. Other duties assigned as and when required.
