Senior Business Development & Sales (Japanese Speaker) - income 25K + Bonus!!
Candidates is required have business development and direct corporate sales experience. Experience managing contract sales is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving market penetration in assigned geographies and end-market segments, with emphasis on new customer acquisition and increasing Share-of-wallet.
- Develop and execute Sales Plan in line with regional strategy and goals.
- Monitor monthly progress and adjust plans, as necessary.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer’s business and curate Product and Service.
- Solidify relationship with top customers and create loyalty programs to create customer “stickiness.”
- Ensure “Exceptional Customer Experience” by working across several functional areas.
- Monitor KPIs and share performance against SLAs / Targets with external stakeholders.
Must to Have
Currently be working in a senior international sales role, with more than 10 years of B2B sales experience, focusing on customer experience.At least 5 years sales experience in handling customers based in Japan.Have extensive experience winning and developing business with customers in Japan and other key markets.Possess hands‑on experience of directly targeting multi‑million‑dollar B2B opportunities.Be confident handling large accounts and bring a significant strategic perspective on how to build, grow and deepen customer relationships.Ability to effectively communicate and present to the C‑Suite / Top levels of the organization.Strong command over Japanese language , highly developed presentation skills. (Business level in Japanese)Prefer to Have
Experience in medical space such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or chemicals.Candidates with tertiary education, or direct work experience working in Japan or Europe.Working hour : Monday to Friday 8 : 30~17 : 30
