This is a strategic role within the commercial team, where you will oversee the full marketing function and drive growth initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, attract new customers, and enhance product‑market fit. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with commercial and operations leaders to execute high‑impact strategies across both digital and offline channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop full‑funnel marketing strategies that broaden reach, increase lead generation, and drive customer acquisition
- Refine brand messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies for new launches or service enhancements
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, new segments, and evolving customer needs
- Optimise digital channels including SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media for maximum ROI
- Use analytics, A / B testing, and marketing automation tools to refine campaigns and improve conversion performance
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing plans with commercial objectives and customer experience
- Gather customer insights and feedback to guide product improvements and evaluate new solution ideas
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives to improve customer engagement and strengthen loyalty.
- Prepare data‑driven reports and dashboards for senior management, ensuring transparency in performance and strategy
- Build partnerships with external communities, business networks, and ecosystem players to support demand generation
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and new marketing technologies relevant to the workspace sector
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital‑led marketing rolesExperience in real estate, coworking, SaaS, or fast‑paced start‑up environments is an advantageDemonstrated track record in customer acquisition, conversion optimisation, and data‑driven campaign managementStrong understanding of both online and offline marketing, including branding, A&P planning, forecasting, and campaign managementCreative, analytical, and adaptable; comfortable exploring new channels and testing innovative growth ideasExcellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand narrativesWhat’s on offer
