Job Responsibilities
Perform and coordinate office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Handle document control process to ensure documentation is up-to-date.
Manage the office procurement and proper filing of office documents.
Receive and sort incoming mail and manage outgoing mail.
Provide logistical and administrative support for the senior management.
In-charge of customer management including support related maintenance and tied on matters.
Contact person for mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
Procure and manage office & pantry supplies, sundries, stationeries, office equipment, PPE, etc.
Handle the submission of expenses claims for employees.
Assist in organising / coordinating company events and activities.
Assist in all training-related matters.
Any other ad-hoc duties, as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command in written and spoken English, Mandarin & Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
Good interpersonal, communication, written and customer service skills.
5 ½ Day work week.
An organised and pro-active team player who is able to work with minimum supervision.
Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
Positive work attitude, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management.
Fresh Graduates are welcome or Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
