Waihui furniture Sdn.Bhd is seeking a talented and driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Selangor. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality furniture products. This is a full-time position, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to grow with a leading furniture retailer.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised product recommendations

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience

Process sales transactions and handle cash and electronic payments accurately

Maintain a clean and organised retail space, ensuring displays are visually appealing

Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers

Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Good at social media

What we're looking for

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or furniture and building material industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build lasting relationships

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions

Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and managing cash handling

Passion for the furniture and new material industry and a keen eye for design and styling

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
