QA Shift Technician

Carry out all inspections and analysis for incoming raw and auxiliary material, in-process material, final product, storage tanks, outgoing products and other additional samples according to the analysis schedule and standard test method.

Carry out inspections of Utilities and Waste Water according to analysis schedule.

Perform result entry into system, and prepare relevant reports in timely and accurate manner

Responsible in the sampling of raw material and auxiliary materials for retain and inspection purposes.

Communicate with Production, Warehouse department and other related departments on any quality or compliance concerns.

Perform instrument calibration and equipment maintenance according to plan and ensure the proper upkeep of all instruments

Ensure all retained samples and documents / records are being kept properly

Perform routine housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized working area.

Ensure the disposal of waste and chemicals in compliance with DOE and EHS regulations

10.  Responsible in the preparation and standardization of reagents

11.  Ensure the availability of lab consumables, gas cylinder and chemicals stock for routine operation, and inform superior when stock depleted

12.  Perform assigned project assignments in timely, safe and professional manner.

13.  Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.
