Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation :
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key channels, including :
- Paid Social Media : (Meta / Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor) targeting homeowners.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) : Google Ads (PPC) management for high-intent keywords.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) : Improve organic visibility through keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and local SEO (Google Business Profile management).
- Continuously A / B test ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and report on ROI for all campaigns.
Content, Proposal & Presentation Development :
Develop engaging marketing content for various channels, including blog posts, website copy, video scripts, email newsletters, and case studies.Prepare professional and compelling marketing proposals for partnership opportunities with local businesses, influencers, and community organizations.Create and deliver persuasive presentations for both internal stakeholders and external partners to secure buy-in for marketing initiatives and report on campaign performance.Produce customer testimonials and case studies to build social proof.Local Marketing & Partnerships :
Develop and execute grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness in local communities (e.g., attending home shows, farmers markets, community events).Identify, establish, and manage referral partnerships with complementary businesses (e.g., real estate agents, roofing companies, HVAC contractors).Organize and promote local educational seminars or webinars for homeowners.Sales Support & Analytics :
Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure a smooth flow of qualified leads.Develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, website traffic) using CRM data and analytics tools.Use data insights to make informed recommendations and optimize marketing strategies.Requirements :
Experience : 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in home services, solar, renewable energy, or a related B2C industry. Experience with lead generation is essential.Proposal & Presentation Skills :o Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed marketing and partnership proposals.
o Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to create visually appealing slides (using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva) and confidently present ideas to partners and internal teams.
o Advanced written communication and copywriting skills for both digital content and formal business documents.
Digital Marketing Proficiency :o Hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
o Solid understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics.
o Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Skills :o Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret data, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions.
