As a Debug Test Technician, you will be responsible for...
Responsibilities
- Performing debugging, troubleshooting, and repairing of electronic assemblies, boards, and systems.
- Conducting functional testing, diagnostics, and fault isolation using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test equipment.
- Supporting production and test teams in resolving test failures and equipment-related issues.
- Documenting debug findings, corrective actions, and maintain accurate repair records.
- Assisting in root cause analysis of product and process failures, working closely with engineering teams.
- Ensuring repaired units meet quality standards through final testing and validation.
- Supporting preventive maintenance and calibration of test fixtures and equipment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce failure rates, scrap, and rework.
- Adhering to EHS and quality standards in all work processes.
What you already have...
Diploma / Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in electronic debug, test, or repair environment.Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, multimeter, etc.).Strong troubleshooting skills in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.Basic knowledge of test systems, fixtures, and software (preferred).Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and test specifications.Good communication and reporting skills.Team player with strong problem-solving mindset.Experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing environment (preferred).Seniority level
