Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management : Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication to ensure efficient and timely hiring.
- Payroll and Compensation : Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary, overtime, and commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Office Administration and Employee Engagement : Manage daily office operations, including facility maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of internal activities to foster a positive work environment.
- HR Operations and Compliance : Maintain and update employee records, assist in formulating and implementing HR policies, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Management.Prefer have experience using SQL payroll system.Proficient in Mandarin, English, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management knowledge in Malaysia, capable of compliantly handling various personnel issues.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a strong team spirit.Benefits
