Emotional intelligence and knowledge of automation tools. Technical proficiency with customer service tools. Ability to work rotational shifts. Preference for graduates with no prior working experience.

Your role
Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and resolve customer inquiries and complaints at the first point of contact.
- Apply customer service and sales skills to enhance customer experience.
- Educate customers about products, services, and digital channels.
- Schedule and execute necessary customer follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Ensure adherence to customer data protection regulations.
