Our client "COVE ESPORT SDN BHD" is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their team

Are you passionate about gaming and retail? Join our client's dynamic team as a Retail Supervisor, where you'll lead daily operations, manage staff, and create exceptional customer experiences in an exciting esports environment. What you'll be doing?

  • Lead store operations : Oversee daily activities including opening, closing, and sales reporting to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
  • Share gaming expertise : Demonstrate your product and game knowledge to assist customers and guide staff, creating an engaging shopping experience.
  • Develop your team : Recruit, train, and supervise part-time crew members, fostering a high-performance culture and positive work environment.
  • Manage staff effectively : Motivate your team, handle schedules, and maintain morale to create a cohesive and productive workforce.
  • Provide excellent customer service : Handle inquiries, feedback, and disputes professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain inventory control : Conduct accurate daily stock counts and manage inventory to optimize sales and minimize losses.
  • Ensure equipment reliability : Perform weekly maintenance on gaming equipment to guarantee smooth operations and customer enjoyment.
  • Handle administrative tasks : Prepare monthly wages and ensure timely payouts for part-time crews, contributing to team satisfaction.
