We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Specialist with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our QA team. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding the quality and reliability of our digital products by designing, executing, and maintaining test strategies that seamlessly align with agile development practices.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in QA methodologies and a solid understanding of Asset Management and Commerce platforms, ensuring robust and efficient testing throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct manual and automated tests to ensure high-quality and seamless user experiences across eCommerce platforms.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Katalon, focusing on reusability and modularity.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define comprehensive test scenarios.
• Report, track, and validate defects using Jira and work closely with development teams for timely resolutions.
• Ensure the QA governance framework is effectively implemented across assigned products, capturing key quality metrics.
• Participate in release management processes, supporting end-to-end testing and post-deployment validation.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) efforts, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Improve test automation coverage for regression, sanity, and performance testing.
