Leads the planning, development, and deployment of digital systems and enforcement-related platforms under the Enforcement Technology Development Department (ETDD). Responsible for transforming enforcement needs into technical solutions, managing development lifecycles, and ensuring platforms are responsive, secure, and effectively support the operational duties of Investigation Officers (I0s) and enforcement teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new digital systems and technical platforms to support enforcement operations,
- Translate I0s needs into system specifications, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Oversee the full system development lifecycle from planning, testing, rollout, to post-deployment support.
- Work closely with developers, system architects, and internal users to ensure timely and quality system delivery.
- Monitor platform performance and user satisfaction, resolving issues and proposing system enhancements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across divisions to implement shared dashboards, real-time tracking tools, and data visualization systems.
- Ensure all systems comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and internal technical standards.
- Support system integration efforts across various enforcement platforms, enhancing operational interoperability.
- Manage user onboarding, training programs, and change management strategies for newly deployed systems.
- Prepare progress reports, user feedback summaries, and enhancement proposals for the Functional Director and Head of Department
Qualification & Work Experience
Degree in Computer Science or Information TechnologyMinimum 3 years working experience in regulatory and / or information and cyber security domain.Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and possess good writing and communications skills in English and BM.Self-initiated programmes to improve departmental operational efficiency.Required Skills
