Actively recommend software enhancements and facilitate the seamless integration of new features that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct, information security policies, and other relevant directives, including taking on on-site system monitoring duties as required. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by Management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the broader success of the team and the organization. Expert proficiency in SQL programming and database administration for MSSQL and MySQL. In-depth experience with the C# .NET framework and Next.js . Advanced knowledge of mobile application development, particularly using Flutter for Android / iOS and Node.js . Strong familiarity with C# and Entity Framework , with demonstrable experience in iOS application development. Front end knowledge such as HTML5 Comprehensive full-stack development skills, from front-end technologies to middleware and database integration. Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer needs, ensuring software solutions align with user requirements and deliver superior experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration, relationship-building, and teamwork across technical and non-technical teams. Commitment to fostering an adaptable, cohesive team environment, enabling the team to meet evolving demands and take on additional roles when necessary.
