Legal Executive Join our private equity journey at Quant Tech Pi. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our legal team and support our legal counsel in serving legal success for the company.

Responsibilities

Providing legal recommendations : Advise on legal matters pertaining to the daily operations of Quant Tech Pi and related group of companies; assist the General Counsel on assessing, analyzing and advising on legal implications of contracts and documents.

Conducting legal research and documentation : Draft, review and prepare agreements or any legal documentation required for Quant Tech Pi in day-to-day operations and business requirements; analyse legal information and advise on contractual implications.

Case management : Communicate effectively with management, clients, and stakeholders; liaise with external solicitors on legal matters including corporate, transactional M&A agreements or disputes; provide status updates and file management to support the General Counsel in managing legal matters for the Quant Tech Pi Group.

Acting as liaison and support for legal matters : Participate in internal and external meetings; liaise with departments including the CEO’s office, HR and finance.

Requirements

At least two (2) years post-qualification experience in legal practice or in-house experience in corporate and commercial law matters.

Fluent in English and working proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia.

Reliable, keen to learn, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills; comfortable coordinating with colleagues, external lawyers, and business owners.

Proactive and willing to develop new skills beyond legal matters.

Detail-oriented, meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of working both independently and in a team.
