Test Process Technician @ Batu Kawan , Penang

Job Description / Summary

As a Test Process Technician, you are responsible for the Test process, testing performance and disposition activities.

Validate Test Floor deviation lots, determine root cause of deviations, classify issues and provide proper dispositions of lots. May call out to relevant teams whenever necessary and follow up with disposition actions.

Debugging of testing issues, give instructions to MFG on lot handling. May work with relevant parties to work on machine, program, software related issues or server related issues.

Work with IT engineers / teams (whenever needed) to resolve server related bugs / issue / abnormalities during testing that affects manufacturing operations and processes.

To support and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on tool / apps.

Assist engineers with engineering testing needed for program checkout and fixing materials issue.

Set up tableau charts and perform data analysis on abnormal spike of testing / lots’ issues for identifying deviations and follow up with CIPs (T2).

Required Qualifications

• Candidates must possess minimum SKM Level 2 and above or preferably Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical or any other Engineering or related fields as a minimum.
• Candidates with working experience in a similar capacity as well as fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates to have good communication skills, able to work in a team and the ability to learn fast.
• Candidates must be aged 45 and below.
• Candidates must possess own transport.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.
• Candidates must be able to work 12 hours rotating shift (Day & Night Shifts).
