Position Purpose
The Senior BA acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. The role supports the full software lifecycle—discovery, development, testing, and cutover—while driving process improvements and championing Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog.
- Elicit, document, and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Continuously streamline business processes.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking
- Provide solutions to complex business requests independently.
- Analyze business impact of system improvements, defects, and queries.
- Perform root cause analysis and solution design.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and manage priorities.
- Communicate effectively and negotiate to drive shared understanding.
- Solutioning
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
- Collaborate with UI / UX and developers to design optimal solutions.
- Validate solution designs with stakeholders.
- Development, QA & Cutover Support
- Represent user requirements during design and refinement processes.
- Support developers and QA, facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
- Assist in training and post-implementation support.
- Best Practice Contribution
- Maintain documentation per Business Analysis Chapter standards.
- Continuously improve BA practices and standard.
Mandatory Skills
Strong collaboration, adaptability, and resilience.Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.Deep Agile knowledge (Jira, Confluence, ceremonies).Requirement elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and user story decomposition.English proficiency (written and verbal).Autonomous working capability.Key Success Measures

5+ years of BA experience.Undergraduate degree in Business or IT.Bonus : Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, Event-Driven Architectures, BDD, and Scrum.Seniority Level
