Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics).
Maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign timelines and business objectives.
Ensure brand tone and visual identity are consistent across platforms.
Develop property-specific content such as project launch highlights, construction progress, drone shots, show unit tours, event coverage, and buyer testimonials.
Create location-based content (neighbourhood highlights, lifestyle storytelling) to strengthen project positioning.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions
Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure social media leads are properly captured, qualified, and followed up.
Manage WhatsApp Business API / CRM integration to ensure seamless lead flow from campaign to sales consultant.
Community Engagement
Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Build and manage online communities to enhance customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to engage with influencers, partners, and relevant online communities.
Cover and promote on-ground events (hi‑tea, launch ceremonies, signing events) through live updates, livestreams (FB / IG / TikTok Live), and post‑event content.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs : engagement, reach, follower growth, CPL, ROAS.
Provide monthly reports with insights, trends, and recommendations.
Benchmark competitors and identify best practices.
Track and report on lead quality metrics (appointments, show unit visits, bookings), not only raw leads.
Benchmark against property portals and competitors (PropertyGuru, iProperty, EdgeProp) to identify positioning gaps.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
Propose creative ideas to drive engagement and improve brand visibility.
Explore emerging channels relevant to property buyers such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn (for investor / corporate market).
Stay updated on advertising compliance (Bumi quota, KPKT guidelines, platform ad policies) to avoid regulatory or ad rejection issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing (preferably in property development, real estate, or high‑value products like automotive).
Strong portfolio of managed campaigns (organic + paid), with proven track record in lead generation & conversion.
