About the Role

You will be part of a newly set‑up support team under a global finance migration project, offering a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience across the full end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) process in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including lead and opportunity management, customer set‑up, project contract set‑up, billing, cash application, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records for customers, projects, and transactions in the system.
• Support invoice generation and payment tracking to ensure timely billing and cash application.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies such as unapplied or misapplied payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams across regions (APAC, EMEA & NAM).
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests and transactions in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements.
• Participate in knowledge transfer, training, and team activities as part of a newly established support team.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits or internal reviews.
• Maintain strict adherence to company policies and SOX compliance requirements.
