Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining office filing and record keeping systems.
- Maintains databases, records, confidential files and other related information for department needs.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Assist in the department's daily documentations on filing and distribution.
- To prepare payment for suppliers.
- To follow-up and update for debts collections.
- To prepare bank reconciliation statement.
- To prepare monthly debtor statement.
- To issue debit note and credit note to customer & supplier.
- To monitoring daily communication and answering any queries.
- Handling correspondence with clients and vendors for transaction details.
- Executing administrative task such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands.
- To monitor performance of Account Clerk.
- To perform other job functions deem necessary by Superior / Management.
