Cost Accountant

Company : S & P Industries Sdn Bhd

Location : Bagan Datoh, Perak, Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of production, logistics, warehouse, inventory, and maintenance activities in the factory.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
  • Implement and review staff efficiency and factory performance in accordance with KPI targets and budget.
  • Plan, organize, implement and monitor factory policies to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Ensure strict compliance with production procedures and safety requirements.
  • Establish service standards to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Preferably with more than 10 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, organize, implement, lead, and supervise day‑to‑day production activities.
  • Experience in implementing ISO / HACCP & GMP is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Independent and willing to work in Bagan Datoh, Perak.
