Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client engagement.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and account performance reports.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and company KPIs.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account ManagementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) will be a strong advantage as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel when required.What We Offer :
