Role Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the finance function, overseeing team development, performance management, and mentorship.
• Champion process automation and operational efficiency across financial workflows.
• Spearhead the group-wide annual budgeting cycle, collaborating with business units to ensure strategic alignment. Maintain robust financial forecasts covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Track and analyze actual financial performance versus budget and forecast, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage both internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of audit issues and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Partner with external tax consultants to enhance tax planning strategies and mitigate tax-related risks.
• Cultivate a high-performing finance team across the group, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Liaise with subsidiary finance leaders to standardize financial policies and practices across the organization.
• Lead the rollout and optimization of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.
