Overview
Test Development Engineer at JF Technology Berhad. The role focuses on developing high quality test solutions that involve load board / probe card schematic design, defining and managing PCB layout requirements, test program development, debug, correlation, spike check, qualification / characterization activities to meet High Volume Manufacturing release timelines. Development work may include ATE test platform conversions, test time reductions, yield enhancement, multisite expansions or new silicon test solutions. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high quality test solutions for high volume manufacturing, including load board / probe card schematic design and PCB layout considerations. Develop, debug, and optimize test programs; perform correlation, spike checks and qualification / characterization activities. Support ATE platform conversions, test time reductions, yield enhancements, multisite expansions or new silicon test solutions. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely release to manufacturing. Qualifications
Familiarity with IG-XL (Flex, J750) and / or SmarTest (V93K) based ATE Writing scripts (C++, Perl, Python, etc.) to convert ASCII pattern files to target platform ASCII patterns Successful completion of at least one test solution development is preferable Experience in device ATE testing trouble-shooting and fixing test program related problems Familiar with power management and mixed signal testing methodologies RF testing knowledge and experience is a plus Ready to travel both locally and overseas Analytical minded Able to work within an internal and external team Application
