Overview

Air Freight Coordinator role at Shipco Transport.

Location : Klang

Department : Airfreight

Application Deadline : 31 October 2025

Responsibilities

  • Accountable and fully responsible for airfreight operation and documents
  • Track and trace with all compliance with IATA and ensure meeting payment cycle
  • Shipments tendered to the company manage on the timely manner
  • Customer service oriented and driven
  • Good networking and social network with all the air freight players in market

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the Air freight industries
  • Good knowledge and familiar with local and international governmental, customs, airlines and hazardous cargo regulations
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives minimum supervision
