Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of promotions and best‑sellers. Work with the visual merchandising team to ensure store appearance aligns with brand guidelines. Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales targets by increasing UPT, ATVs, and return customers. Ensure store opening, closing, and sales transactions comply with SOPs. Maintain proper care of stocks, inventory, mannequins, and all items in the store. Coordinate with inventory & merchandising teams to prevent losses through accurate stock counts and receiving. Represent the company by adhering to brand standards. Open for Malaysian nationals only. Minimum SPM / O Level, STPM / A Level, or any field. For managerial roles : 4‑5+ years of relevant experience. For non‑managerial roles : 1+ year of relevant experience. Highly motivated with strong customer‑service insight. Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willingness to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
