Job Summary
The Global HR Shared Services Associate supports the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records, preparing HR documents, and ensuring smooth updates within our HR Management System (HRMS). This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start a career in HR within a global and fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Scan, organize, and digitize HR documents for secure storage and easy retrieval.
- Assist in preparing HR‑related documents and supporting materials for HR processes.
- Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders for KL operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee documents.
- Support general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields (fresh graduates are highly encouraged).Strong attention to detail, organization, and responsibility.Good command of English (written and spoken).Eager to learn HR processes and support global HR operations.Ability to work well with teams and communicate clearly.Comfortable working in a structured documentation and data‑entry environment.Seniority Level
