We are currently seeking for an HR Associate to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!
The HR Associate will be responsible to execute HR plans and policies by aligning HR activities to business needs and providing day-to-day HR support to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain employees to achieve business objectives in line with business needs, HR plans, industry best practices and current legislation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake defined tasks and activities to implement HR processes and policies.
- Support administration focusing on addressing immediate HR tasks / interactions / issues to set standards and instructions.
- Answer manager / employee queries by responding with accurate and timely information on individual contracts, HR processes, policies, etc.
- Understand and work to key HR concepts, processes, methods and tools.
- Recognize recurring issues and trends related to HR processes and address the same as per guidelines, else elevate for resolution.
- Gather and enter relevant data to provide effective administrative support.
- Monthly payroll documents compilation and submission to SSC.
- Attend to general employees enquiry, and elevate if needed.
- Support senior colleagues on day to day HR operations.
- Perform data maintenance, p-file management and other records keeping or reportings.
- Support on HRIS related processes.
- Support yearly performance review processes.
- Support C&B related processes.
Project Management
To support HR related projects from time to time.Desired Skills / Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Human Development or related field.Less than 2 years’ experience in HR administration.Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Bahasa.Customer oriented mind-set, positive attitude.Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).#J-18808-Ljbffr
