Sales Engineer

Sales & Marketing Executive Develop and plan annual Sales & Marketing activities in conjunction with the sales targets set by the company.

Ensure the operation of the Sales & Marketing department complies with departmental and organizational objectives and policies.

Procedural Responsibilities Develop, approve, and implement sales and marketing practices to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, operational procedures, orders, and government regulations.

Other Responsibilities

Carry out Sales & Marketing activities and programs to meet potential customers’ and dealers’ enquiries and requirements.

Identify and develop new markets and customers for the company’s products.

Maintain and provide necessary customer services to existing clients, customers, or dealers.

Ensure complete implementation of project sales activities.

Analyze industrial trends to provide up-to-date industry and competitors’ information to management.

Monitor market and environmental changes affecting company sales and marketing strategies.

Collect potential customers’ and dealers’ information; prepare product quotations, proposals, and tenders for potential customers and dealers.

Coordinate with customers and engineers on site surveys, implementation, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of projects.

Ensure proper documentation is provided to customers, complying with tenders, contracts, or agreements (e.g., handover documents, system design, reports).

Prepare sales and purchase contracts for customers and dealers.

Manage collection of payments from customers and dealers.

Review existing contracts.

Prepare weekly Sales & Marketing reports for the manager.

Interpret and manage customer and dealer feedback with technical personnel.

Emphasize quality and continuous improvement in job-related knowledge.

Perform any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in any discipline.

Qualification : Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree
