This Sales & Marketing Role mainly responsible in promoting our products & services, engaging customers, and driving business growth. This role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, managing online marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up with customer.
• Manage and design new campaigns and promotions.
• Manage and update company social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
• Manage and update product listing on company website and social media.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and digital advertising activities.
• Maintain and organize customer databases and sales records.
