Primary Objective
- Drives end‑to‑end product design development from discovery, ideate, design, validation to the launch of the product.
- Monitor and analyse post‑launch performance, provide recommendations for improvement.
- Conversant with all aspects of product design, from omnichannel experience, UX architecture, visual interaction and down to the pixel design. Consult and remove any design impediment from the development cycle.
- Hands‑on design as well as mentor and lead the designers to deliver user‑centric and innovative product solutions.
- Manage design capacity, resource allocation and the quality of deliverables.
- Facilitate design workshop and conduct UX research.
Key Responsibilities
Craft out the holistic user journey from all touchpoints, identify the gaps and opportunities.Synthesise the UX research findings, present insights and recommendations.Formulate product approaches based on the findings to ensure user adoption and engagement as well as to align with business objectives.Facilitate workshops to discover, ideate and prototype the user journey.Collaborate with Product Owner to plan design resources and design development according to release timeline.Lead the approval process of the design and validation of the prototypes.Hands‑on design the key flows and conduct UX research.Instil innovation and creativity. Review the design and development output with the aim to deliver market leading user experience.Coach, develop and motivate the designers. Fostering teamwork working environment.Requirements
Formal Education : Bachelor’s Degree or above in digital design, Human Factors Interaction or equivalent.Professional Accreditation : Any related accreditation in UX research, Design Thinking or agile is advantageous but not compulsory.Preferred Experience :Min. 8 years of working experience in product development with at least 2 years hands‑on UX research experience.
Min. 2 years of experience in managing and leading a design team.Have solid portfolio, a proven and successful record of delivering end‑to‑end product design.Other Skills Required :Leadership

Ability to communicate complex concepts and unique propositions clearly, interactively and persuasively to different levels of audience, in their lingos.Technical : Well versed in UX researches and possess practical experience.Ability to facilitate workshop and manage group’s dynamic.Proven experience in UI / UX development for multi‑platform.Fluent in a broad range of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Cloud.Job Details
