Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors professionally with excellent manner at all times.
- Manage the enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails or other channels promptly and professionally.
- Handle and liaise with customers request and appointment arrangement.
- Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers loyalty.
- Ensure customers safety and comfort with a smooth flow of customers care.
- Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Responsible for proper documentation including scanning, filing, and mailing.
- Responsible for payment collection and receipt issuance.
- Communicate effectively with the team and / or other departments if needed to encourage a positive working environment.
- Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior / management.
Requirements
Able to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.Clear, empathetic, and professional in person and over the phone is compulsory.Familiarity with Aesthetic treatments and products is preferred.Fresh graduates who possess a passion for aesthetics are encouraged to apply for this role.Benefits
